"Metabolic Typing helped me and continues to help me so much. I had chronic fatigue that started in my teens and progressed from there. But it was a gradual decline so I was never really sure if anything was wrong with me, as I had never had good days to compare to. I just seemed to struggle through every day, whereas other people seemed to find life so much easier. Doctors however always told me I was perfectly healthy.
Looking back, I felt permanently mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted. Weekends or holidays never ever helped. Every morning when I woke up I would feel as though I was coming down with the flu. I was never part of any conversation - they just happened around me! I was too foggy minded to really join in. I remember my 25th birthday - I went out for a drink with a few friends. I was so tired. I just sat there with my orange juice (completely the wrong drink for me I now know!) and felt like I was in a dream world. Chronic fatigue always sounds so pathetic to those who have no experience of it. But it really is a hard thing to deal with.
However, I have now been following the metabolic typing program for 4+ years, and I can honestly say that my energy levels and mental clarity are significantly better than most of my colleagues and friends. My health has improved so much. The MT program is definitely a commitment and not always easy, but it is something I will stay with for the rest of my life. "

"Previously an advocate of the ‘athlete’s diet’, plenty of carbohydrate in the form of pasta, bread and potatoes and generous quantities of chicken breast and fruit. I used to sufferer with fluctuating energy levels, poor digestion and an inability to concentrate for prolonged periods, I now find myself with, not only the physique I’ve always wanted but with high and sustained energy levels, a clear and uncluttered mind and I’ve not experienced any abdominal bloating in over a month. I used to play rugby union to a high standard which required me to train intensely, seven to ten times a week although I’ve not played for five years now, I find myself as lean as I have ever been and I also carry a significant amount of muscle mass now that I am following my new, metabolic, personalised eating routine. This would not be unusual normally although with my current workload I am only able to train twice a week, once with a weights session and once on a run. That level of training would normally see my love handles creeping back on and my tummy protruding over my belt.
The plan consists of an easy questionnaire to fill out, clear guidelines to follow and a sensational way to look and feel - I can’t think of a reason not to stick to it and I only wish I’d known about this when I was playing competitive rugby."

I also thought it was a pleasure to be taught by you. Jeff and I both commented on the how good you were as a teacher.
